LONG TERM TACTICS
Rise & practice gratitude. Science shows that both creativity & idea generation rise when starting your day with an optimistic mindset.
Implement the 1⁄3 rule. For every hour you spend consuming content, spend three hours producing & sharing your own.
Surround yourself with creative minds. You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
Get 7 hours of sleep EVERY night. Lack of sleep can be detrimental to the brain generating & remembering new ideas.
